I am giving a five star rating only because the employees working for Maymont homes are superb!! Today, Barbara in Client Services spent a half an hour with me trying to fix my auto pay. She went so far as to call rent payment with me on the line as well to sort out the problem. We were not able to solve it.And so we have scheduled to follow up tomorrow. She was very patient and empathetic. Although we couldn't solve the problem today, she calmed me enough so we could end on a smile. I'd like to say that she is unique to their organization.But that is not the case. Marcus in their maintenance department for Augusta, will go out of his way to try and fix the problems my rental may have. He makes himself available to contact. I can say unequivocally that the customer service given by this company is five star plus.
