We’re fairly new to Maymont as they’ve recently acquired our property for management but we have a very personal issue at the moment. I’ve spoken to multiple agents but Emily Cobb and Barbara Simao have been incredibly kind and helpful with obtaining answers on my behalf. Because of the situation at hand, my nerves have been a wreck and I’ve been overall, extremely worried. Both were kind and courteous and followed up exactly in the manner in which they said they would. Even if they can’t fix the situation, they made sure my questions were answered.
