I’ve had such a great experience with Maymont Homes. After living in apartment complexes much of my adult life, the management team here is incomparable. The phone is answered whenever you call. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. If you have a maintenance issue, it quite literally is addressed within 24-48 hours, without fail. They typically send out professional contractors to your home vs. the inexperienced technicians you’d get at an apartment complex- thereby making sure it’s fixed correctly and quickly. Barbara in the office helped me recently with something and she is outstanding- very professional and courteous. I happen to be an industry professional within the multifamily realm, and I can honestly tell you, Maymont Homes is unmatched to anything I’ve ever seen. I didn’t expect much being it’s a house rental, but they’ve surpassed any other experience i’ve had elsewhere. I feel fortunate to live in a Maymont Home. Whoever runs the day to day operations for this company has put something incredible together. And NO this is not a fake review, this is a 100% authentic review for the company that I personally rent from. 😁
