Everyone from the company has seemed very friendly and so welcoming, but first time meeting someone in person, Michael Shumway(hope i didn’t butcher spelling) but he was absolutely amazing, especially with my son. He let my son “work” next to him because my son pulled out his own toolbox to show him. Michael is a very professional and friendly man!
