Natalie White was lovely! She was very empathetic about my poor experience with Divvy and made sure I had access to the new Customer Portal before we hung up. I wish Maymont had been the manager of the property I live in from the beginning! Maymont already feels so much better than Divvy ever was and I only spoke with Natalie for 30 minutes. Far more helpful in such a short amount of time than Divvy was in a year.
