We used to be with a different rental company but they either sold out or where bought by Maymont. Maymont is defiantly better at communicating. However, we are new tenants in the system so we are working out some kinks with the lease turnover. Maymont has addressed all service issues we had from the previous company swiftly and I am very grateful for that. I hope to have a long and as good of a standing reputation with them as I did with my previous apartment complex.
