Just starting my search, and Betty was super helpful and Hey, I do not bite my boobinformative. She seems very caring and personable, and definitely willing to help make anyone’s move in experience go smoothly and seamlessly as we all know moving can be very stressful. Being in property management myself, I know how important is to be direct and transparent regarding the application process to the approval in addition to disclosing all the additional monthly fees that are not included in the base rent. Betty was very thorough in disclosing this information and I recommend to anyone that is looking to lease to ask about all the additional fees upfront before applying.
