I would like to take a moment to genuinely recognize both Cory and Betty for the exceptional customer service, patience, and support they provided throughout this process. Cory was incredibly patient and understanding while assisting me with obtaining the entry code for the tour. Due to my anxiety and poor phone reception in the area, I was admittedly overwhelmed and having difficulty navigating everything, but Cory remained calm, kind, and professional the entire time. Cory took the time to walk me through the process step-by-step without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience, and that level of patience truly meant a lot to me. I also especially want to recognize Betty for going absolutely above and beyond during the application and touring process. From the moment we spoke, Betty provided outstanding customer service, answered every question thoroughly, clarified the application process in a way that eased my concerns, and made me feel genuinely supported. I initially started the process feeling nervous, uncertain, and honestly a little frustrated, but by the end of our conversation, I felt calm, reassured, and completely at peace. Betty’s professionalism, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile completely changed my experience. What stood out most was how much care and compassion Betty showed throughout the entire interaction. It did not feel transactional, it felt like she truly cared about helping me and making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I went from feeling unsure about the level of support I would receive to ending the call relaxed, smiling, and genuinely excited because of how amazing Betty was. Both Cory and Betty are incredible representatives of your leasing team, and their patience, communication, and dedication deserve to be recognized. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth, welcoming, and positive.
