Although my move in day was rocky and frustrating due to my move in coordinator being unavailable and dropping the ball. I wasn’t set up at all to move in, even though we spoke days before I had to call customer service several times to even be able to enter the home. They were quick to rectify the situation at hand. The communication has been great ever since. The house wasn’t cleaned before moving in there were a few other issues that should have been handled before moving in, but the maintenance team was and is prompt and attentive. It has been a pleasure living here since getting everything in order. 😊
