Betty called me and was extremely kind and provided me with detailed information and answered any questions I had. I did not personally interact with Cory but it sounds like they’ve got a great customer service team and truly care about their future residents!

I cannot say how exceptional Germans customer service is, he is punctual, knowledgeable, and flat out friendly.

Maintenance required on dishwasher and toilet. Arrived on time. He knew what to do, explained the problem so we’d understand, fixed it, and left. Just like that. No excessive talking or time wasting. Did what he had to do, respectfully and efficiently. Loved it.
