Micheal Shumway was extremely helpful and attentive in helping us resolve our broken freezer issue. After not hearing anything for about a week we reached back out to Micheal to see where we were at in the process, he got back to us immediately and within minutes we had notifications saying our new fridge would be delivered next day. Our new unit got delivered yesterday and the entire day went incredibly smooth. Thank you to Micheal for helping expedite this issue and taking care of us! Truly a fantastic experience!
