I would like to recognize Natalie White for providing truly exceptional customer service. In the six years that I have lived in my home, this was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the beginning of our conversation, Natalie was extremely kind, patient, thorough, informative, and thoughtful. She took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I clearly understood the information she was giving me. Her soft-spoken and pleasant manner immediately made me feel comfortable and confident speaking with her. What stood out to me the most was that Natalie truly went above and beyond. When she was unable to email the information to me herself, she did not simply tell me that she couldn’t help me. Instead, she reached out to a coworker and made sure the information was emailed to me. That meant so much because it showed that she was determined to make sure I received the help I needed. Natalie also provided me with a list of resources for rental assistance and carefully explained the different options available to me. During our conversation, I shared that I am preparing to attend Columbia College, and she congratulated me and encouraged me to keep moving forward. I am currently facing a very difficult situation concerning my housing, and Natalie gave me more than information—she gave me encouragement. By the time our conversation ended, I felt better, stronger, more hopeful, and ready to keep pushing forward. She truly lifted my spirits and recharged my battery at a time when I needed it. That is what exceptional customer service looks like. It is not only doing your job; it is making the person on the other end of the phone feel heard, respected, supported, and valued. If I were asked to rate Natalie White on a scale from 1 to 10, I would give her a 100! She was absolutely amazing. Natalie, thank you again for your patience, kindness, knowledge, thoughtfulness, encouragement, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
