I would like to thank supervisor Von Shawanna for her going above and beyond for me.and my family. I had a awful experience with a prior agent who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. I had to call back then a very Nice agent connected me to Shawanna who was very reassuring pleasant and professional. The way she handled the situation shows why she has her title as a professional supervisor she is. Thanks Shawanna!
