I want to take this opportunity to thank Hannah, for providing such a great customer experience. I called her office because I’m going to be late on my Nov rent. Guess what, instead of throwing at me that I will have late fees that I must make sure that I pay on time. She very professionally explained that’s, no problem, just remember that there will be a late fee added to my rent. In two years that I had lived at this property this is one of the few calls that I called stressed out because I’m going to be late and I ended up with more peace about my issue.
