Ivonne provided excellent customer service today. She was able to solve an issue I have been dealing with for 3 weeks. I had previously spoken to 5 people over 3 weeks with no resolve. I was beyond frustrated when she answered the call. Within a brief moment, she troubleshooted the problem and had a resolution for this issue.
