Good morning. I had the pleasure of speaking with Aaliyah Ladson (maintenance department). She was great to talk with as she made sure that all request were made and taken care of. She was attentive to my concerns and checked the system to make sure that everything was noted and a response was given correctly for repairs. She was also very patient when waiting for pictures and/or video to be uploaded. She was Great to talk with today. Thank You
