EDIT/UPDATE: I am updating my review because management stepped in to resolve these issues. After a month of getting nowhere with the automated system, I was contacted directly by Susan from maintenance. She was incredibly professional, genuinely listened to my situation as a new tenant in distress, and jumped right in to get things done. Also, thanks Maymont management, I received my brand new refrigerator from Lowe's, delivered and installed! YAAAAA!!!! I’m a HAPPY RESIDENT!😊 I would definitely recommend Maymont Homes for your rental property!
