I called and spoke to Taundra about our situation on Rent, she was able to really ease my mind and gave great feedback about how the process works regarding the 3 day notice. She was very helping in her explanations. She was very sweet to talk with. I was in panic mode and she was able to calm me down cause earlier I was given some missed informed information. I had a terrific interaction with Maymont's customer service assistant Emily Cobb today. I had been having a lot of problems over thiis past week setting up my account to pay my rent, etc., and was admittedly very, very grumpy when I called its customer service today. Still, Ms. Cobb was lovely and efficient and competent, so incredibly competent. She quickly fixed all my computer problems and set everything up for the future and was sympathetic and pleasant to me despite my initial negative demeanor. I am very grateful for Ms. Cobb's help and I hope Maymont recognizes and values her excellent skills and talent.
