Progress residential transferred our lease to Maymont and Natalie White took our call and went over the transfer process with us in detail. Not only was she super helpful and friendly but she was a breath of fresh air compared to the horrors we had with dealing with Progress. We love our home and would love to stay here for the next 7 + years and knowing we have excellent representation in Maymont will definitely keep us here. I also inquired about the Flex payment option for rent, and she took the time to explain how it works. I was really excited to learn about this feature because it will help me so much.
