The team was quick to resolve my issues and very friendly. I spoke with Natalie White today about getting our new resident portal set up. I initially called yesterday but was informed that the line was busy by the customer service team. Even though that was frustrating, both Natalie and the two customer service team members were very helpful and friendly.

Barbara, in the transitions department, has single-handedly gave us hope in Maymont homes. When they bought our old leasing company it was nothing but a headache for us. We have been back and forth with them for almost 2 weeks trying to get our account handled and thanks to Barbara, it was resolved today. She said it would take time and she would need to call us back and she honestly kept her word to us. That means so much! Thank you Barbara. This woman needs a raise.

Betty was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I had all the information I needed and directed me to additional resources that could be useful. I really appreciated her support throughout the process. Great experience working with her!
