This specific review is in honor of Benji at the Maymont Homes Customer service lines. He was incredibly kind and extremely thorough. We have just lost our dog and had trouble with a rent payment that bounced due to other bills coming out before the rent did. He was compassionate and all the while he’s battling a cold (I was sure to apologize for my scatterbrained interruptions and frustrated tone after I heard him speaking!)! My other experiences with their customer service has been hit or miss but benji has gained our trust for sure. I enjoyed getting his help and kindness during such a hectic time and would highly recommend asking for him when he’s available! Thank you Benji, you’re the bomb.com and deserve a raise ✨🤍
