Update. This has turned into a horrible experience. The day I was supposed to get my keys I was given the wrong lockbox code. No one ever called or emailed me to apologize. I moved in to a dirty home. Home was full of dead and alive palmetto bugs. Every day when I wake up there is feces from the palmetto bugs on the floors. The room that’s supposed to be the master has a bathroom and both rooms smell awful. I don’t know if it’s the smell from the big feces or something else but I have 2 glad plug ins and the smell is still over powering. Please keep in mind that I had no bugs when I moved in this home, but my moving coordinator Tiffany Chatman or Chapman said that they only pay for pest control once, then I have to pay. They had pest control come out. He didn’t even look at the concerned area. He sprayed inside and outside and left. There is still big feces every morning and bugs everywhere. My daughter was taking a shower and a big fell in her head. I sent a concern email to Tiffany Chatman or Chapman and she never responded or called. I called customer service and spoke with Dominique and I was told to put in another request for pest control. I asked to speak with Tiffany’s manager or supervisor and I was told his name is Josh Stewart or Stuart but he’s in a meeting and would call me back. As of today I still have not heard from anyone regarding my concerns. This company sends you a million emails when you start the process but as soon as you sign the lease there is no communication. They have taken over problem homes from Divvy and Progressive property and they slap a coat of paint, put in some new appliances, and rent the homes. There is an infestation of palmetto bugs and a horrible smell and no one is helping do anything about it. There is also mold on the window seals in the bathroom. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They make the process so easy because the homes are horrible! I’m being charged $1,600.00 a month to live in a match box full of bugs!
