This is my 2nd review of Maymont Homes and it involves Von'Shawnna. Von'Shawnna once again shows why she is such an awesome person in the Maymont Homes family. She is patient, calm, and helped me out this morning with an issue. I have not had any issues with Maymont since being transitioned from Divvy Homes (whom they acquired in February). They have awesome customer service and have dealt with Von'Shawnna twice and she's been awesome as well as Emily Cobb as well. Great customer service. You guys rock!!!

Our Maintenance Tech was Micheal Shumway. He was very respectful. Reaching out the day before and letting us know when he was coming. On the day he came, he gave us a heads up and there when he said. He was very polite, explained what he was doing, fixed the issue plus another one he spotted. Cleaned up and couldn’t even tell he was there. Definitely one of the best people to come in and work.
