Micheal Shumway has always come out in a timely manner and fix the issue quickly! I have lived in my rental home for over 2 years and have had numerous problems come up; Micheal Shumway from maintenance was the first person who I felt listened and wanted to get things taken care of in a timely manner. He is working with my crazy schedule, communicates effectively, and has made the calls to get things taken care of. Micheal also cared about previous jobs that had been done but weren’t repaired effectively afterwards. He assess the problem and then works to find the proper solution to solve it in a way that doesn’t just cover it up.

About Maymont Homes.I must be honest, I was very confused and upset that no one was answering the phones at Maymont Homes. But once someone did answer the phone, Somazia calmed my nerves and answered all my questions I needed to know. Because when management companies switch so suddenly right around rent time you wanna know what the heck is going on. But anyways Somazia sent me links and help set me up for the new management.
