Shandra has been great. We moved in during the summer and it’s a nice house but does have a few issues and she’s been great as our dispatcher and getting some item’s fixed in a timely manner. We are still working on getting our floors redone because the other company that did the repairs before we moved in never put a vapor barrier and now the floor is coming apart. But other than that. Great and speedy service. Would recommend them!!

I had a pleasant and informed experience with Maymont Homes . My Move In Coordinator was Dana Cook and they assisted with every step of the process. We did have power issues at the site and the Dana kept me informed and updated on the progress regarding the status of activation of the utility power. Afterwards, they followed up to ensure all was working correctly and to see if there was any further requests or questions I may have, while also answering any questions for maintenance requests or utility setup I did have. I would recommend them for any further property searches and setup.
