We were recently approved, and while we are thankful for the final outcome, I want to be honest about the experience. The application process felt overwhelming at times. We were asked multiple times for documentation that we had already provided, and it often felt like we had to defend or re-explain our situation rather than being guided through the process. After reading other reviews mentioning proactive follow-ups from leasing agents, we expected a bit more communication and support. Instead, we found ourselves initiating most updates and requesting clarification to move things forward. That part was discouraging and, at times, emotionally draining. We understand policies must be followed, but clearer communication and more consistent follow-up would make a significant difference for applicants navigating an already stressful process. We’re grateful for the approval and looking forward to moving in, but transparency and support during verification would greatly improve the overall experience.
