First I would like to say I’m extremely happy that my current residence was switched over to Maymont Homes! They respond to maintenance request within a day or so, and they’ll have contractors coming out to make sure that the work is completed. They reach out to you prior to the contractors coming out as well. As soon as the contractors leave, they reach out to you to confirm that the work has been done properly. Anytime I’ve reached out to anyone at the company has been a pleasure to speak with them. I spoke with Emily Cobb today and I must say it was a pleasure and she answered any questions that I might’ve had and anything that she could not address she made sure that she reached out to the individual that would be able to assist me for them to follow up with me. Emily is a great asset to Maymont homes !! Her customer service immediately made me go back online to try to see if there’s any homes available in the area I’m looking to move, so that I can stay with the company.
