I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Natalie White at Maymont Homes several times now, and every single interaction has been a wonderful experience. From the very first time I reached out, she has always been so kind, genuine, and professional. Natalie truly goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard and supported. She is patient, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to help me with whatever questions or concerns I may have. What I appreciate most about her is not only her willingness to help, but also her warm and friendly personality. It’s rare these days to find someone who consistently treats you with such care and respect. Each time I speak with her, I leave the conversation feeling valued and reassured that I’m in good hands. I want first say thank you. I’ve never had a move-in process go this smoothly. EVER. The home I initially applied to ended up being rented the day I found out my application was approved. There were other homes available but outside of my approval amount. The moment the second home I was interested in dropped in price I reached out to Candice who assisted me very quickly with transferring my application. The process to secure the home was very smooth. I had no issues. Once I paid the fees to reserve the home I was guided by Rose Williams - Move in Coordinator. She sent over the necessary links and information to make sure everything was squared by my move-in date. She was a great help and answered all of my lingering questions. I look forward to staying in my new home or with MAYMONT Homes for many years to come. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is trying to move and looking for a seamless process.
