Somazia is fantastic so knowledgeable and professional she absolutely answered all my questions perfectly and calmed my nerves about my particular situation I am so pleased with her handling of my particular situation.

The maintenance worker was very quick and effective everything is fine and back to normal. He was very informative as well.

These stars are NOT based on the company but actually an employee. We had a huge issue with statement amount discrepancies for almost a month now, with no help or assistance. Emails and phone callbacks were NEVER answered. Somazia was able to FINALLY get the issue corrected while also keeping her word of providing me with updates. She was very professional and resourceful. We are very thankful to her and the company needs more employees like her. Out of everyone we’ve spoke to thus far, Somazia and Kimberly have been the only ones who took their time to help, look at docs carefully and essentially help the customer with an issue that could been fixed in a week.
