Gabrielle do a Great service

These stars are NOT based on the company but actually an employee. We had a huge issue with statement amount discrepancies for almost a month now, with no help or assistance. Emails and phone callbacks were NEVER answered. Somazia was able to FINALLY get the issue corrected while also keeping her word of providing me with updates. She was very professional and resourceful. We are very thankful to her and the company needs more employees like her. Out of everyone we’ve spoke to thus far, Somazia and Kimberly have been the only ones who took their time to help, look at docs carefully and essentially help the customer with an issue that could been fixed in a week.

After viewing a couple properties Betty reached out to see how my experience was going and if she and/or Cory could help in any way. She was kind, professional, and she listened. Provided me useful information, and advised me that if I needed anything to make sure I get in contact with her.

Natalie White was very understand and made sure she got my request put in right away. Was very easy to deal with and very personable.

I'm twenty-five at the time of writing this. Earlier today I was looking into renting my first home with my significant other and Ms. Somiza was beyond a huge help in making sure my partner and I were thoroughly informed and she was enthusiastically pleasant about answering any questions that we had. She made the entire inquiry process feel easy breazy which was very refreshing. She was very prompt with sending additional helpful information and incredibly genuine making us both feel very comfortable.

Micheal Shumway was great at resolving our issues and giving us information for household upkeep. I hope he is our maintenance person going forward. Good communication and promptness.

Gabrielle demonstrated a high level of professionalism, showing both empathy and respect throughout our interaction. Her leadership skills were evident in how she effectively addressed the company’s shortcomings with thoughtful and solution-oriented rebuttals. She took the initiative to follow up with the intent to resolve issues, not to deflect or create obstacles for paying residents. Her approach was commendable and should serve as an example for others within the company, where unfortunately, the standard of customer service often falls short.
