Barbara was my service rep. She was very informative and made sure someone was able to look at my case and get me answers. I’m a new move in as of yesterday and have a list of issues that are now being dealt with as she made sure it was assigned to someone and pushed forwards. She’s amazing. Great conversation as well.

Natalie talked me down and sidestepped the unnecessary conflict and spent 45 MINUTES fixing issues that had been going on for months with other members of maymont staff.
